that environment for a long period of time so that your instnct tells you to
adjust. Age is a big factor as well, as the older you get, the harder it is to
retain new information. At a younger age you could learn a language much faster
than you could than if you were forty. Although I'm Chinese and know the
language quite thouroughly, generally I think that the Asian languages are
harder to learn because instead of using letters, you must also learn a whole to
way to write "words" (unless you were born in an asian community,
where it is easier to pick up other asian dialects).
I personally dislike having photos taken of me because I look horrible in
pictures, although by now I think i'm pretty used to it 'cause there's really no
escaping a camera.

I usually like the manga better than the anime, mostly because of the graphics, but in this case I haven't even watched the anime.
